Our services also integrate JaneApp, which is fully HIPAA compliant. This compliance underscores our dedication to protecting patient data, particularly in the context of electronic health records. In Alberta, psychologists are regulated under the Health Professions Act and bound by ethical standards set by the College of Alberta Psychologists. These regulations, along with our adherence to PIPA and HIPAA through JaneApp, form the cornerstone of our commitment to the confidentiality and privacy of our clients.
